"I was working with Denise in billing regarding my mother’s pharmacy bill. She had recently been placed in a nursing facility and there was an issue with her coverage. Denise was AMAZING and not only handled getting this issue taken care of but also taking the time to explain a few questions I had. It’s sad but you don't get that kind of care these days.
