ON-DEMAND, SELF-STUDY CE WEBINARS

Recruitment, Retention & More in the New Normal

DATE: Thursday, October 20, 2022
Noon – 1 p.m. CST

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Staffing challenges continue to strain long-term and residential care, not just at the caregiver level but throughout organizations up to administrator levels. A June 2022 survey completed by the American Health Care Association found that 60 percent of staffing situations in nursing homes had worsened since earlier this year, with 98 percent facing difficulties hiring new staff.

The issues with turnover and retention have only increased due to the Great Reshuffle, as the pandemic lingers. However, this dilemma was an ongoing problem long before COVID-19. In a study of data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, a steady decline in long-term care employees has been occurring over the last decade.

This webinar will teach you what you can do to attract and retain the right employees. Drive higher engagement, staff retention, and expertise in healthcare by investing in employees from day one.

Join this free webinar to:

  • Learn how to attract and retain employees

  • Recognize the impact of an effective onboarding process

  • Understand what companies are doing to address retention post-COVID
