For the third consecutive year, Forum was named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois by the statewide survey and awards program. Forum is one of only 15 companies in the state selected in the medium employer category (100-499 U.S. employees) for 2023.
The awards program was created by the Daily Herald Business Ledger, the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Advocacy Council, and the Best Companies Group and is designed to recognize outstanding places of employment in the state. Each company is evaluated on workplace policies, practices, and demographics as well as an employee survey measuring the employee experience.
“This recognition means a great deal to Forum. Everything we accomplish is the result of having an incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable team. Without question, our team members are our greatest asset and we are humbled that their feedback continues to rank Forum as a Best Place to Work,” said Brian Kramer, RPh, MBA, President & CIO. “It’s a privilege to work with people who have a shared passion for providing care to seniors and those who support them in the senior care industry.”
Rooted in the key principle of engaging employees in all aspects of the Forum experience, team members have created a culture that depends on employee diversity for its strength, and success is based on everyone’s efforts, contributions, and honest communication. Creating value for customers is what guides employees in actively making suggestions and being a part of driving those changes. The Forum culture is one of professional development, personal growth, and celebration.
Forum was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards ceremony coordinated by The Daily Herald Business Ledger on Thursday, May 11. The list of honorees was announced in the April 23 issue of the Business Ledger, and final rankings were posted on the website (www.dhbusinessledger.com).
