Forum Named One of Illinois’ Best Places to Work for Sixth Consecutive Year

Forum Extended Care Services has once again been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois, marking the sixth consecutive year the organization has earned this distinction.
The annual Best Places to Work in Illinois program, administered by Workforce Research Group in partnership with Daily Herald Suburban Business, recognizes organizations that excel in creating strong workplace environments and highly engaged teams. The award is based on a comprehensive evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and employee feedback.
For Forum, the recognition reflects a workplace built on collaboration, accountability, respect, and a shared commitment to serving long-term care and senior living providers throughout Illinois and beyond.
“Being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois for six consecutive years is an honor,” said Brian Kramer, President of Forum Extended Care Services. “This recognition reflects the workplace our team has built together—one rooted in how we work together, remain accountable, and share commitment to doing what’s right for our clients and each other. Our incredible staff is the reason we’ve earned this recognition year after year, and we’re proud of the environment we’ve created together.”
As healthcare organizations across the country continue to navigate workforce challenges, Forum remains focused on creating a family atmosphere where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow professionally. The company believes that investing in its people ultimately strengthens the service and support it provides to clients and the residents they serve.
The 2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois honorees were recognized by Daily Herald Suburban Business at an awards event held on May 7 in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Honorees will also be featured in a special statewide publication celebrating this year’s winners.
Since first earning the recognition in 2021, Forum has been named one of Illinois’ Best Places to Work every year the award has been presented. The six-year milestone reflects Forum’s continued commitment to its employees and the culture that supports both its team members and the clients they serve.
Forum extends its sincere thanks to its team members, whose commitment and professionalism continue to make this recognition possible year after year.

Sara Champion, Human Resources Director, accepted the award on behalf of Forum Extended Care Services at the 2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois awards ceremony.
